Delivery and shipping fees, returns and exchanges, and how we handle faulty items.
Delivery and shipping
- Delivery time
- Items in stock are dispatched within about one week.
- Shipping fee
- ¥880 (tax incl.) anywhere in Japan. Free on orders of ¥80,000 or more (¥88,000 tax incl.).
- Date & time
- ¥440 (tax incl.) option fee.
- Date & time for mattresses
- Date and time can be specified for mattresses only, for an additional ¥10,000.
- Delivery area
- Anywhere in Japan
Returns and exchanges
We do not offer a satisfaction-based refund guarantee.
- Unopened and unused items can be returned if you contact us within 8 days of delivery.
- Return shipping and bank transfer fees for changes of mind are paid by the customer.
- Because of the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns of opened items, items you have assembled or washed, items worn next to the skin (innerwear, pillow covers and the like), or items ordered in specially at your request.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty on arrival, contact us through the enquiry form within 8 days of delivery. Once we have checked it, we will replace it with a new one and cover the shipping.
Cooling-off period
The cooling-off period under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail order. Returns and exchanges follow the terms above.
