- Items in stock are dispatched within about one week.
- Returns / exchanges
- We do not offer a satisfaction-based refund guarantee. Unopened and unused items can be returned if you contact us within 8 days of delivery. Return shipping and bank transfer fees are paid by the customer. Opened items, items you have assembled or washed, items worn next to the skin (innerwear, pillow covers and the like) and specially ordered items cannot be returned. The cooling-off period does not apply to mail order.
- Defective items
- If an item is faulty on arrival, contact us through the enquiry form within 8 days of delivery. We will replace it with a new one and cover the shipping.
