Before you buy
How much is shipping?
¥880 (tax incl.) anywhere in Japan. Orders of ¥80,000 or more (¥88,000 tax incl.) ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Items in stock are dispatched within about one week. It may take longer depending on availability.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Yes, for an option fee of ¥440 (tax incl.); you can choose a date from seven days after you order. For mattresses there is an additional ¥10,000 and dates can be chosen from twenty-one days after you order.
Can I return an item?
Unopened and unused items can be returned if you contact us within 8 days of delivery. Return shipping and bank transfer fees for changes of mind are paid by the customer. We do not offer a satisfaction-based refund guarantee.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Opened items, items you have assembled or washed, items worn next to the skin (innerwear, pillow covers and the like), and items ordered in specially at your request cannot be returned.
While using
My item arrived faulty.
Contact us through the enquiry form within 8 days of delivery. Once we have checked it, we will replace it with a new one and cover the shipping.
I have a pacemaker. Can I use it?
If you use a medical device, always consult your doctor beforehand. We are unable to give a general answer.
Is there anything to check before use?
Please read the enclosed instructions and precautions and use the product as intended. If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor before use.
Can it be washed?
It depends on the product. Please check the care label in the enclosed instructions, or contact us if anything is unclear.
