Terms of use

These terms set out the conditions for using this site, operated by You’s too me LLC (“we”), including the purchase of products and all related services.

The legal notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions) and the delivery, returns and exchanges page also form part of these terms. Where they differ, the terms on those pages prevail.

A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order.

We may decline all or part of an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a listing contains an error, or where a large number of orders is placed by the same customer.

Prices and any charges other than the price of the goods are as shown on each product page and in the legal notice. All prices include consumption tax.

Payment is made by card at the time of ordering, through Stripe. We do not hold your card details.

Items in stock are dispatched within about one week. A delivery date can be chosen from seven days after you order, or from twenty-one days for mattresses.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, transport, production or stock. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Returns and exchanges follow the delivery, returns and exchanges page. Unopened, unused items may be returned if you contact us within eight days of delivery.

For a fault present on arrival, please contact us through the enquiry form within eight days of delivery. We will exchange the item for a new one and cover the postage.

You may not break the law or public order, infringe our rights or those of a third party, register false information, buy for resale, interfere with the running of this site, or do anything else we consider inappropriate.

Where we judge that such conduct has occurred, we may cancel an order or refuse service without prior notice.

Copyright and all other rights in the text, photographs, illustrations, logos and other content on this site belong to us or to the rightful owner.

You may not copy, republish, alter, sell or otherwise use them without permission.

We use your personal information to fulfil your order, dispatch the goods, answer enquiries and make any contact needed for those purposes.

We may pass it to our delivery and payment providers as far as their work requires. We do not pass it to anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it.

Product descriptions on this site do not claim or guarantee any medical effect. If you have health concerns or use a medical device, please consult your doctor before use.

How a product feels differs from person to person. Specifications and prices may change without notice.

We are not liable for loss arising from your use of this service, except where we have acted with intent or gross negligence.

We may change these terms where we judge it necessary. The revised terms take effect once published on this site.

These terms are governed by and construed under the law of Japan.

Any dispute between us and a customer concerning this service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
